Too often clients have to spend their own time managing the relationship between designer and contractor. Design + Deliver removes that dynamic and puts the focus back on you – and your home.

From initial discussions, budgeting and floor plans to final designs and finish samples, we work collaboratively with you to design and furnish spaces that will reflect your personal style and make your life at home better – more functional, more beautiful, more satisfying.

In the construction phase, we manage the project and bring in our network of reliable and high quality subcontractors for every aspect of the project from plumbing and electrical to cabinetry and painting. Every vintage home is unique, and of course, that can lead to unexpected issues during renovation. But being onsite as both designer and contractor enables us to handle them efficiently, without compromising your design.

To furnish your new spaces, we take a strategic approach to use your resources wisely, mixing higher-end design pieces that define the look of the space distinctively with more modestly-priced furnishings that complement them.

What’s different about the way Design + Deliver works?

Traditionally, designers design, then the design is handed over to a contractor. And what that does is put you in the middle of any issues that come up. You wind up managing the relationship between two professionals, when the reality is, you don’t have the time for that, and you probably don’t have the experience in construction to really do it effectively, either.

I had the experience to do both sides of the job, so I thought, why not make it easier for my clients to hire one person and get the whole project done to their complete satisfaction? It takes the burden off you and lets you go back to being the client, while ensuring that the final result is at the level that the designer intended – because the designer is the builder.

It seems to me like everybody should work this way, but it’s still relatively rare in the industry.
